The Pacific Northwest Ballet is proud to present the American premiere of Alexei Ratmansky’s full-length Don Quixote this February, and they are offering Junior League members a peek behind the scenes! Who wouldn’t want to watch a rehearsal of “the best version of this classical ballet…a display of exciting and hot-blooded dance?”
Junior League members in all membership categories, please mark your calendars for January 25th and come to the Pacific Northwest Ballet studios for an excerpt of the ballet and see the dancers polish the performance. In addition to watching the rehearsal, you can rotate and take a tour of the costume shop where the excellent tailors are working on costumes for Apollo and Carmina Burana. Please allow 30 minutes for the rehearsal preview and another 30 minutes for the tour of the costumes.
Following the Pacific Northwest Ballet activities, join fellow members for a no-host Happy Hour at Toulouse Petit.
Last year this combo rehearsal and costume shop tour was a big hit and space is filling up fast, so click the link above to visit our website to find the event details and RSVP. We hope you’ll join us in taking advantage of the hospitality and generosity of Pacific Northwest Ballet. See you in January!
